The next two releases of the Adele preview are available at the sourceforge site. There are many small optimizations done. Some of the known features were redesigned and others are really new. One of main new feature is a split view control for checking data after a basket analysis.
The new preview version 0.9.x of Adele is available for download at the sourceforge project site. The main new feature of this version is the builtin OLAP functionality. All flat datasets can be calculated and explored in the multi dimensional way without long time of waiting and transformating. This can be very useful to understand the data.
This next version of Adele comes with the feature “filtering”. Some small changes are made for JDBC compatibility. Now it is possible to connect to SAP HANA via the JDBC driver (ngdbc.jar).
The next version 0.7 is a special SAP version supports ABAP Query for extracting data real time from SAP NetWeaver systems.
Because of angry errors in preview version 0.5 the next version 0.6 followes within some days after the last one.
The next preview version of Adele was uploaded to the sourceforge site today. The main feature coming with this version is nearly complete support for jdbc drivers to connect to external database servers and local database files.
